Conference Room Pilot

Our team will perform a complete hands-on review of your fully configured OmniRIM system complete with your legacy data to ensure all business requirements have been satisfied. This session can be performed remotely or on-site.

A Conference Room Pilot (CRP) consists of an on-site configured application review that contains the clients legacy data. This empowers the client to see how their decisions look and feel within the application to help gauge the ‘fit’ of the software with their records management business practices. The On-Site CRP review fosters discussion of configuration and legacy data conversion points. This workshop provides an exceptional base for determining the training requirements for clients as well.
