Templates | Extend the standard OmniRIM Import Utility with customized import templates to increase efficiency and reduce exceptions during the import process. The custom import templates are used in conjunction with the OOB OmniRIM Import Utility. The custom import templates are Excel worksheets with built in macros that provide data validation allowing the client to manipulate data before running the OmniRIM Import Utility.

Migration Consulting | Our consultants are available to assist and guide your team through any data conversion and migration process. A variety of migration techniques may be explored including: standard migration practices with data modeling and mapping, legacy data import tools and utilities, APIs, custom import templates, Oracle client, etc. OSI Services can provide consulting services for clients who wish to perform the Data Conversion or Migration from their legacy source system(s) into OmniRIM independently, using their own internal staff. OmniRIM can provide assistance in the conversion process with analysis of the client legacy system. OmniRIM can also provide guidance to map the client legacy system to OmniRIM when the client performs the conversion onsite. The client can use database level scripts or in house tools developed by OmniRIM. The client can also use their own ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools while OSI Services provides guidance on mapping data to the target OmniRIM Database Schema. |
