We at Archive Systems, Inc. (“Archive Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) have created this Website Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the online information collection and use practices with respect to the publicly-available sections (the “Public Areas”) of the www.archivesystems.com website (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy does not relate to the sections of the Website that require Client login (e.g., the ASPEN 360, MANAGE MY RECORDS, and MANAGE MY ACCOUNT sections of the Website), which are governed by the relevant agreements entered into by Archive Systems and the Client.

The Information We Collect
When you use the Public Areas of the Website, you may provide us with personal information about you, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number (collectively, the “Information”). We do not collect any Information from you when you visit the Public Areas of the Website unless you provide us with the Information voluntarily (for example, by registering for a Webinar or sending us a message).
