New Virtual Records Center Release 3.0 Allows Companies to
Image-Enable Their Records Collection

Web-based Solution Provides Instant Access to Paper Records

Fairfield, NJ (October 2, 2008) - Archive Systems, Inc., a leading provider of records management services, today announced ASPEN 360 Virtual Records Center (VRC) Release 3.0, a comprehensive, Web-based extension to paper-based records management. Along with improved records management capabilities, VRC 3.0 now provides clients with the ability to request Virtual File Delivery and run detailed reports about their business records collection.

ASPEN 360's VRC brings just-in-time transformation of hardcopy records. Using a secure Internet browser, clients request documents to be scanned into the VRC's digital repository for instant viewing. Once loaded into the VRC, images remain available to be accessed at any time from any authorized Internet connection.

Real time reporting features have been added to the VRC 3.0 which provide clients with immediate "self service" functionality. They are able to answer questions such as: How many boxes were added last week, retrieved last quarter, or destroyed last year? Is a particular file offsite, has it been delivered, or has it been sent to the Record Center? The reporting capabilities help clients to avoid unnecessary inquiry charges.

"We have received tremendous feedback from our clients about the new features of the VRC 3.0. It brings just-in-time image-enabling to the world of archived, hard copy records management. They can now view the paper documents they have stored in our records centers through direct, browser-based access," stated Andy Koval, Executive Vice President of Archive Systems.

VRC 3.0 also simplifies scheduling pickups, requesting deliveries and ordering supplies. Container and file-level index data can be entered and controlled directly from the VRC. A company's existing records retention schedule can be incorporated into the VRC to support customer policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

"We are also enhancing our Go Green Initiative by image-enabling a company's records storage collection," Koval added. "We no longer have to load a file onto one of our vehicles and drive all the way to the client's location for delivery, reducing emissions in the environment. The cost savings are then passed on to our clients."
