Archive Systems’ New Virtual Records Center Brings Records Management to the Desktop
Web-based Solution Provides Instant Access to Paper Records

Fairfield, NJ (March 12, 2008) - Archive Systems, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand document management services, today introduced ASPEN 360 Virtual Records Center (VRC), a comprehensive, Web-based extension to paper-based records management. Clients can now search their inventory, request physical file delivery, schedule pickups or deliveries, and order supplies all from their desktop.

"The Virtual Records Center provides clients with direct, browser-based access to the paper documents they have stored in our records centers," stated Dave Craig, President of Archive Systems. "Our clients have really responded to the VRC. It brings just-in-time access to the world of archived, hard copy records management."

The VRC simplifies scheduling pickups, requesting deliveries and ordering supplies. Container and file-level index data can be entered and controlled directly from the VRC. A company’s existing records retention schedule can also be incorporated into the VRC to support customer policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

"Companies are able to manage their records inventory more efficiently using the VRC. It provides a cost-effective path for transitioning to the paperless environment," Craig added. "The VRC gives them complete access to our full range of records management services, which include business records storage, secure document shredding, and offsite data protection. It's a powerful solution that brings the Record Center to our clients' desktops."
