Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt Selects Archive Systems for Business Records Storage Services
Range of Records Management Services and Top Support Were Leading Factors

Fairview, OR (December 15, 2009) - Archive Systems, a leading provider of records management services, today announced an agreement with Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt (Schwabe), one of the top law firms serving the needs of businesses in the Pacific Northwest, to provide business records storage services.

Schwabe was the key sponsor behind Archive Systems' expansion into Fairview and the Pacific Northwest. Dick Templeman, Director of Operations of Schwabe, sought out Archive Systems based on the company's national reputation with hundreds of legal industry clients. "We were very impressed with how focused they are on customer service and partnering with clients. Their strategic vision and investment in technologies provides a bridge to a more paperless future," stated Mr. Templeman.

The Schwabe records collection will be stored in Archive Systems' new state-of-the-art Records Center facility in Fairview. The LEED® Gold Certified facility incorporates barcode tracking, system-driven workflows, and sophisticated records management systems to store and manage their client and administrative files.

Archive Systems' Virtual Records Center (VRC) technology will provide Schwabe personnel with immediate access to business-critical information through a completely customized online experience. It allows them to quickly search inventory and request on-demand Virtual File Delivery to instantly view the information they need. They'll also be able to manage retention policies, run real-time reports, schedule pickups and deliveries, order supplies, and much more.

"We are proud to have such a prestigious sponsor as our first client in Fairview. It was clear to us that there was a need for our unique approach to records management in the Pacific Northwest, and this just reinforces that we made the right decision. We look forward to building a lasting relationship with Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt," stated Andy Koval, Executive Vice President of Archive Systems.
