Business Records Storage Inventory Updated in Real Time

RSMobile allows Archive Systems' personnel to scan barcode information at a remote location and transmit the data wirelessly to the company’s records centers. Inventory is updated immediately in the database. This enables real-time communication and reduces process implementation time.
Pickup and delivery of business records can be queued to individual handheld devices to enhance response time. Archive Systems' personnel are able to view the totals for all scanned and unscanned items on the device. Barcodes are automatically validated against those in the database to ensure the highest level of accuracy. Signatures can also be captured during each delivery. Archive Systems' Client Services team then has this information available in order to respond to client inquiries which may arise.
