opening of its Western Regional Records Center in Phoenix, Arizona. In a move that constitutes a major
expansion and significant milestone in its history of growth.
"Tremendous growth across all of Archive Systems' outsourced Records Management

location will have the capacity to manage in excess of 250,000 cubic feet of Records and will also
include a state-of-the-art document conversion services facility capable of scanning upwards of one
million images per month." He added that "This facility will not only support our current clients
that have a western region presence, but will also house a local sales team focused on building new
client relationships."
The Phoenix facility will be connected to Archive Systems' fully redundant Data
Centers in New Jersey by high-speed telecommunications lines, providing its hosted document imaging
clients with the highest levels of business continuity, security, data integrity and redundancy.
The new facility is located conveniently off of Routes 10 and 17, within minutes
of the Greater Phoenix area.
