Archive Systems Announces Groundbreaking of 3rd Facility
Tremendous Growth and Demand for Services Leads to Expansion to Washington, NJ Facility

Fairfield, NJ – (December 18, 2003) - Archive Systems, Inc., a leading provider of web-based hosted imaging, document storage services and outsourced logistical operations and warehousing, today announced the ground breaking of their latest facility expansion in Washington, New Jersey. In a move that constitutes a major expansion, Archive Systems plans to open the expanded portion of their Franklin Township operation in July 2004.

"Tremendous growth in our warehousing services which include outsourced Records Management services and Logistics and Warehouse operations has necessitated this expansion" stated Ed Vogelesong, President of Archive Systems’ Real Estate Division. "The expansion plans will include the capacity to manage an additional 105,000 square feet, providing state-of-the-art climate control, ESRF sprinkler system, 36 foot ceilings, and additional docking space. Mr. Vogelesong adds “This facility will provide additional space for our current clients and will include ample space to accommodate new clients seeking warehousing in Northern New Jersey."

Archive Systems began offering warehousing solutions as part of their product and service offering in 1998. Due to the characteristics of the document storage services, the offering of outsourced warehousing and logistical support was a natural addition.

The facility is located off of Route 57, within minutes of Routes 31, 78, 22 and 80.
