New CFO Brings Expertise from Aon Consulting and Mars, Inc.

the addition of Michael J. Mele as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Mele is responsible for all financial and administrative functions
for Archive Systems including HR, Legal, Audit, and external financial relations. He will
also play a key role in raising capital and in any of the companys future endeavors in
mergers and acquisitions.

Financial Officer at ASI Solutions, Inc., and held senior financial management positions
with Mars Inc. and Thomas & Betts Corporation.
