Archive Systems Adds New CTO to Senior Management
Former Aon Consulting CIO Takes Post as New Chief Technology Officer

Fairfield, NJ (August 24, 2005) - Archive Systems, Inc., the premier provider of Document Processing Outsourcing (DPO) services, recently announced the addition of Glenn DiBiasi as Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. DiBiasi is responsible for guiding and directing the digital services group to enhance Archive Systems' customer solutions as the company expands its offerings. He is an acknowledged authority in technical areas such as business intelligence, outsourcing, turnaround management, ERP, and portal software.

Prior to joining Archive Systems Mr. DiBiasi was Chief Information Officer for Aon Consulting Worldwide in the Business Process Outsourcing Group. He also served as Chief Information Officer at ASI Solutions, Inc., Director of Information Technology at Publishers Clearing House, and VP of Information Systems at Chase Manhattan Bank.
