Archive Systems Provides Advanced Records Management Solution

Medical Center (HUMC) to provide off-site, hard copy records storage services for critical documents and
patient records.
HUMC is utilizing Archive Systems' off-site Records Center facility, complete with barcode
tracking, system-driven workflows, and sophisticated records management systems. As part of a comprehensive
records management program, HUMC will also take advantage of Archive Systems' Scan-on-Demand service which
delivers requested hard copy documentation electronically for staff to view instantly. Archive Systems is also
physically relocating more than 1.2 million patient records and migrating database records for over 75 departments
at the hospital.
