Gucci Adds Web-based Document Imaging to Contract with Archive Systems
ASPEN 360 Allows Gucci to Go Paperless Enterprise-wide

Fairfield, NJ (June 6, 2005) - Archive Systems, the premier provider of Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) services, today announced an agreement with Gucci, one of the world's leading multi-brand luxury goods companies, to expand their services to include a Web-based image hosting solution.

Gucci's expanded services include a comprehensive Web-based image hosting solution and high-volume off-site document conversion for their accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, and tax departments. Gucci plans to extend the use of the ASPEN 360 service over time to address enterprise-wide document management initiatives. Archive Systems has been providing Gucci with off-site hard copy records storage. With the new additional services, Gucci documentation now resides securely in Archive Systems' redundant Data Center Infrastructure, where authorized users have 24x7 Web-based access and support.

"Gucci was considering deploying imaging technology to better manage its hardcopy collection on a corporate level and looked at the key players in outsourced document management," stated Whei-Wen Cola-Pinto, Manager of Financial Systems at Gucci. "Archive Systems offered the only comprehensive solution that enables Gucci to focus on our core business initiatives rather than integrating and managing software, or managing multiple vendors for scanning, imaging and hardcopy storage."

"ASPEN 360 enables Gucci staff to greatly reduce time spent researching paper-based documentation to support invoice chargebacks and ordering payment issues across the organization,” said Rick Kushel, President & CEO of Archive Systems. "Their enterprise-wide approach to going paperless with our hosted, Web-based imaging solution will allow Gucci to realize greater efficiencies and controls in managing their document lifecycle."
