Archive Systems Recycling Efforts Save over 1,145 Tons of Fiber
Go Green Initiative Provides Dramatic Results in 2008

Fairfield, NJ (February 4, 2009) - Archive Systems, a leading provider of records management services, today announced that the company's Go Green recycling efforts in New Jersey have saved over 1,145 tons of fiber in 2008.

"As a leading provider of records management services, we are focused on storing our clients' business records today as we help them transition to a paperless environment tomorrow. Based on these efforts, it was only natural that we find new ways to improve our community as well. With this in mind, we launched our Go Green initiative in 2007, and are very pleased with our continued results," explained Andy Koval, Executive Vice President of Archive Systems.

Since the Go Green initiative started, Archive Systems has recycled over 1,995 tons of packaging and raw materials. This conserves 33,900 mature trees, 925,000 gallons of oil, 47,900 gallons of gasoline, 8,198,000 kilowatt hours of electricity,13,996,000 gallons of water, and 6,900 cubic yards of landfill airspace according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries.

The Go Green initiative has been significantly enhanced by ASPEN 360. ASPEN 360 Virtual Records Center enables companies to request the virtual file delivery of documents, eliminating driving emissions. Because the files are available online, there's no need to make copies to distribute.

ASPEN 360 Accounts Payable Edition automates the AP process and stores all the approval information online, so there's no need to copy pages or manually route information throughout a company. ASPEN 360 also enables AP processors to work from home. All of the information they'll need to approve an invoice is available online and can be securely accessed from any location. Once they approve an invoice, ASPEN 360 automatically routes it throughout the organization based on existing business rules.
