The Bin Rotation Program allows for sensitive documents to be inserted into locked security consoles that are placed in specified office locations. The Archive Systems team picks up and replaces filled consoles on-demand or based on a scheduled rotation time. Printed receipts are provided at drop off and pick up and locked consoles are securely transported to the Archive Systems facility where they are opened by bonded personnel for destruction.
