Document Archiving Available on the Internet with the Virtual Records Center from DocuLogic
Doculogic Offers Total Image Management Services

Fairfield, NJ (April 11, 2000) - For companies who need to get their hands on important documents in a hurry, The Virtual Records Center has arrived! This new Internet-based storage and retrieval solution from DocuLogic gives companies instant electronic access to their records from any computer, according to Rick Kushel, Marketing Director of the company.

“Corporations who currently use traditional storage and retrieval services -- or who scan and manage their own images, are thrilled,” says Kushel adding that other key benefits include secure, fire-wall protected storage-plus a total package of document imaging services that are already saving companies time and money.

And the best news is that there's nothing to buy, install or maintain. "With our ASP/Thin-Client Server technology, all the bulky applications reside on our system -- not on the client's," Kushel said. "So a company doesn't need any special software or hardware. And there's nothing for their IS staff to manage."

Security is key
With security an issue on everyone's mind, Technology Director Yuri Gutgarts says DocuLogic takes every precaution to keep documents secure. "We use the latest Internet security technology including firewall solutions from Nokia(TM) and CheckPoint(TM) Firewall-1 software," Gutgarts said adding that every company's electronic documents are stored on its own private server-behind DocuLogic's firewall. "All Internet image-viewing is protected by SSL encryption and by our Verisign server certificate."

Total image management In addition to storage and retrieval, DocuLogic also offers total image management services -- everything from scanning, coding, indexing and entering documents -- to system support and backups-to database administration-to server hosting and delivery from any computer via the Internet. They also customize the interface to work with a company's existing system -- so all the search screens and look-up capabilities appear exactly the way the client needs them to.

"The Virtual Records Center speeds communication - among clients, vendors, employees and consultants," Kushel said. "It improves customer service and response time. It saves companies time and aggravation, reduces their paper work, increases their efficiency and significantly improves the workflow and productivity of their operation."
