Tri-City Property Management Services Selects Archive Systems for Business Records Storage and Shredding Services
Improves Records Management by Utilizing the Virtual Records Center

Phoenix, AZ (August 26, 2008) - Archive Systems, a leading provider of records management services, today announced an agreement with Tri-City Property Management Services, a full service community association management company, to provide business records storage and shredding service

Tri-City is utilizing Archive Systems' offsite Records Center facility, complete with barcode tracking, system-driven workflows, and sophisticated records management systems to store, manage, and shred leases and other documents. They turned to Archive Systems because of the company’s full range of records management services. These include business records storage and delivery, document destruction, document imaging, and offsite data storage.

To manage its business records more effectively, Tri-City uses Archive Systems' Virtual Records Center (VRC), a comprehensive, Web-based extension to paper-based records management. The VRC allows Tri-State to search inventory, request physical file delivery, schedule pickups or deliveries, and order supplies all from the desktop. It incorporates advanced security features that enable access to information 24x7 online from anywhere in the world.

"Archive Systems provides us with a wide range of records management services and dependable customer service that meet our needs. In addition, the VRC gives us instant access to business critical information," stated Jean-Marie Bellington, Vice-President of Operations of Tri-City.

Tri-City also uses Archive Systems' shredding services to destroy documents based on the organization’s retention policy. Archive Systems offers cost-effective solutions for the shredding of sensitive documents, including carton and file shredding, and bin rotation programs. These document shredding services ensure that business records are destroyed safely offsite in a secure, confidential, and properly monitored facility.

"We are excited to have Tri-City join Archive Systems' growing client list. These companies are able to use our full range of services to effectively manage their business records from source to shred," stated Andy Koval, Executive Vice President of Archive Systems.
