Thermo Fluids Adds Web-based Image Hosting
to Contract with Archive Systems

Software as a Service Allows Phoenix-based Thermo Fluids to Focus on Business, Not Paper

Fairfield, NJ (October 11, 2005) - Archive Systems, the premier provider of Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) services, today announced an agreement with Thermo Fluids Inc., a fluid recycling and collection services provider, to provide a comprehensive Web-based image hosting solution.

Archive Systems has been providing Thermo Fluids with off-site business records storage services to support their records management requirements. With the expanded relationship Archive Systems now provides Thermo Fluids with Web-based image hosting and high-volume, off-site document conversion for accounts receivable documentation.

In addition, Thermo Fluids will take advantage of Archive Systems’ Scan-on-Demand service, which delivers requests for previously housed hard copy documentation electronically for staff to view instantly.

"Now authorized personnel in our various locations have 24x7 Web-based document access," stated Gary Hatch, Controller of Thermo Fluids. "This has eliminated manually storing and retrieving files."

"Previously, a copy of each accounts receivable document was stored at one of the regional locations and in Thermo Fluids’ corporate headquarters for at least one year," stated Rick Kushel, President & CEO of Archive Systems. "Now all locations have secure access to critical accounting documentation on-demand, resulting in improved process efficiencies and increased customer service. Through our comprehensive offering, Thermo Fluids is better equipped to focus on core business functions rather than the storage and retrieval of office paperwork."
