On-Demand Document Workflow Solution Streamlines AP Invoice Processing
Fairfield, NJ (May 1, 2007) - Archive Systems, the premier provider of on-demand document management services, today announced an agreement to expand its service offering to Reckitt Benckiser Inc. by implementing ASPEN 360 Accounts Payable Edition.
ASPEN 360 will provide Reckitt Benckiser Inc. with an outsourced service that captures, stores, processes, routes, and archives vendor invoices electronically. Invoices can be viewed on-demand through this fully integrated service and are available online throughout the approval, payment and audit processes. With ASPEN 360 Accounts Payable Edition, invoices are sent directly from Reckitt’s vendors to a managed PO Box where Archive Systems handles mail opening, invoice scanning, data capture, image hosting, and workflow management.
