Fairfield, NJ (March 6, 2006) - Archive Systems, the premier provider of Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) services, today announced an agreement with Galderma Laboratories to provide ASPEN 360 Accounts Payable Edition, a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service solution to eliminate paper-intensive processes.
ASPEN 360 provides Galderma with secure, Web-based image hosting and process automation services. Invoices are sent directly from Galderma’s vendors to a managed PO Box where the ASPEN 360 team handles mail opening, invoice scanning, data capture, image hosting, and workflow management.
