On-Demand Solution Enables Affinity to Streamline Document Management Processes
Fairfield, NJ (November 21, 2006) - Archive Systems, the premier provider of on-demand document management services, today announced an agreement with Affinity Federal Credit Union [AFCU], New Jersey’s largest member-owned, not-for-profit credit union, to provide mortgage loan document management services.
ASPEN 360 will manage Affinity’s loan documents by providing a complete end-to-end solution including Document Scanning, Web-based Image Hosting, Mailroom/Lockbox Services, and long-term Hard Copy Records Storage. Previously, Affinity had a labor-intensive, manual mortgage loan process, with limited document automation.
