Archive Systems Adds Executives to Senior Management and Sales Team
Newly Appointed Personnel to Drive Company Growth after Recent Venture Capital Funding

Fairfield, NJ (November 3, 2004) - Archive Systems, Inc.(ASI), the premier provider of Document Processing Outsourcing (DPO) services, recently announced the addition of executives in sales, technology and marketing management to drive the company’s growth after its recent venture capital funding of $8.5 million.

Dave Delventhal and Malcolm Smith have joined the company as part of its Senior Management Team. Delventhal joins as Vice President of Sales, and Smith comes on board as Chief Technology Officer. The previous Director of Sales and Marketing, Hank Boggio, has taken over full responsibility for ASI’s marketing efforts as Senior Vice President of Marketing.

"Archive Systems is experiencing tremendous growth as part of its latest venture capital strategy," said Rick Kushel, President and CEO of ASI. "We're ensuring that we have a strong team in place with the right experience to help us manage this growth, and accomplish our many goals."

Dave Delventhal's background includes 20 years of experience in Sales Management, most recently as a Vice President of Sales with ADP (Automatic Data Processing, Inc.). Delventhal has joined ASI to continue to build and direct the sales team as the company plans to greatly expand its national sales efforts and increase revenue.

Malcolm Smith’s experience includes roles as a Divisional Chief Technology Officer at AIG Sun America as well as Lead Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation. At ASI, Smith will direct the Digital Services Group to enhance Archive Systems' customer solutions as the company expands its offerings.

Hank Boggio first joined the company in 2001 as Director of Sales & Marketing. His recent promotion to Senior Vice President of Marketing has created a dedicated focus on corporate marketing strategies, brand management, product management, and business development activities.
