Newly Appointed Personnel to Drive Company Growth after Recent Venture Capital Funding
Fairfield, NJ (November 3, 2004) - Archive Systems, Inc.(ASI), the
premier provider of Document Processing Outsourcing (DPO) services, recently announced
the addition of executives in sales, technology and marketing management to drive the
companys growth after its recent venture capital funding of $8.5 million.
Dave Delventhal and Malcolm Smith have joined the company as part of
its Senior Management Team. Delventhal joins as Vice President of Sales, and Smith comes
on board as Chief Technology Officer. The previous Director of Sales and Marketing, Hank
Boggio, has taken over full responsibility for ASIs marketing efforts as Senior Vice
President of Marketing.

Dave Delventhal's background includes 20 years of experience in Sales
Management, most recently as a Vice President of Sales with ADP (Automatic Data
Processing, Inc.). Delventhal has joined ASI to continue to build and direct the sales
team as the company plans to greatly expand its national sales efforts and increase
revenue.
Malcolm Smiths experience includes roles as a Divisional Chief
Technology Officer at AIG Sun America as well as Lead Program Manager at Microsoft
Corporation. At ASI, Smith will direct the Digital Services Group to enhance Archive
Systems' customer solutions as the company expands its offerings.
Hank Boggio first joined the company in 2001 as Director of Sales &
Marketing. His recent promotion to Senior Vice President of Marketing has created a
dedicated focus on corporate marketing strategies, brand management, product management,
and business development activities.
