He has diverse industry experience including development of: model-driven RAD development tools, archiving technologies, web performance monitoring, and transportation management systems.

Most recently Joe was a Managing Partner with a major technology and brokerage firm in the equity compensation industry and prior to that he served as President of one of the leading providers of stock plan technology solutions. During his career in executive leadership, Joe has had direct responsibility for corporate strategy and organizational oversight, sales, client relationship management, strategic partnerships, technology direction, and operations. Joe's deep experience and skills work in partnership with the Executives and teams at Archive Systems many with whom he has previously built success in other organizations, to help Archive Systems continue on its growth path.
