Invoice Software System Administration

You have complete administrative control over who has access to your organization's invoices expense reports, and journal entries with ASPEN 360 AP-Virtual File Edition (AP-VFE). AP-VFE provides you with the tools to easily create, modify, or delete users as well as configure system settings.

Access & Security

Only authorized users have access to documents and data stored in the AP-VF online repository. Restrictions can also be placed to limit access to specified IP addresses or access can be configured for third parties to view documents through firewalls.

External Access

Authorized system administrators have the ability to create temporary user names and passwords for individual users or designated groups of users. This allows outside entities such as investors, auditors and other interested parties to gain secure, direct access to select documents.

Reporting

At various times images may be transmitted to AP-VF without index data. Likewise data may be transmitted to AP-VFE prior to the image being submitted. To manage these scenarios, a report feature easily identifies and corrects the missing index data or image.
