Mr. DeVincent joined Archive Systems in 2004 as Vice President of Product Development and was responsible for the initial roadmap of ASPEN 360 Accounts Payable Edition. He has since been promoted to Vice President of Product Marketing, leading the future market growth in the Accounts Payable area and ensuring ASPEN 360 remains one of the leading products in the market.

Mr. DeVincent has a strong background in Accounts Payable workflow and accounting best practices. Prior to Archive Systems, he was Senior Manager of Finance Process Redesign at Avon Products Inc. where he was dedicated to automating and streamlining the accounting and AP functions using technology and best practices. He has held various other positions over his 13 year career at Avon including General Staff Accountant, Financial Planning Analyst and Accounts Payable Manager. His role involved using technology to implement new Accounts Payable workflow solutions, ERP platforms, electronic expense reporting systems and financial planning solutions. He received his BS in Accounting from the DePaul University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a frequent speaker at various AP conferences including IAPP and IOMA.
