Joseph Falkenstein has more than fifteen years of experience working with venture-backed technology companies. Prior to the founding of NJTC Venture Fund in 2000, Joseph was a partner in Andersen’s Growth Company and Technology Practice where he focused exclusively on early-stage technology companies in a variety of industries including information technology, communications infrastructure and healthcare services.

Joseph currently represents NJTC Venture Fund on the boards of Archive Systems, Inc., Datagence, Inc., dynamicsoft, Inc., and Microplate Automation, Inc. He also sits on the Board of the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group, the New Jersey Technology Council, and the Rutgers Venture Advisory Board. Joe is a CPA and a graduate of Temple University.
