RICK KUSHEL
Executive Chairman
As Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Archive Systems, Mr. Kushel provides the vision for the company's strategic goals and
objectives. While directing all aspects of the company's activities and operations, Mr. Kushel
employs a unique management style that encourages and inspires entrepreneurship and individual
creativity among employees, while at the same time promoting a coordinated team, keenly focused
on the continued successful execution of the company's business plans and objectives.
Mr. Kushel has successfully led the company since its inception in 1991, showing double digit
revenue growth year to year and has grown the employee base to over 200. In 2004, Mr. Kushel was
named one of New Jersey's "40 Under 40," an award provided by NJBiz that honors and recognizes
forty people under the age of forty that have made a significant impact in business in New Jersey.
In addition, Mr. Kushel was selected as a finalist for New Jersey's 17th annual Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) Awards. Mr. Kushel holds a seat on the Board of Directors for
Archive Systems, Inc., Franklin Realty, LLC, and The New Jersey Technology Council. He also holds a position on the Board of Trustees
for Hoop-a-Paluza, a public charity concerned about the mental and physical health of children in
New Jersey (www.hoopapaluza.org). Mr. Kushel holds a Bachelors of Science degree from James Madison
University.
