Ms. Gaspich joined Archive Systems in 2008 as CFO and is responsible for the general and administrative functions within the company. She has 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. She spent the last 10 years as VP of Finance at RiskMetrics Group, Inc., a technology based company where she started as a co-founder & assisted in taking the Company through a successful public offering on the NYSE in January 2008.

Ms. Gaspich has a strong financial services background. Prior to RiskMetrics, her experience included a position as VP in Internal Audit at JP Morgan, with responsibility for private banking and mutual fund audits in North America; external auditor for Price Waterhouse in the New York office; and accounting roles with both Oppenheimer Capital and Dreyfus. She holds her CPA in NY State and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri.
