JEN FLEISSNER Chief Financial Officer 
Ms. Fleissner has worked in a financial capacity for over 18 years. Most recently, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Soleil Securities Group, Inc. a New York based institutional research, sales and trading firm. Prior to joining Soleil, she worked at publicly traded Wit Capital and its successor firm, SoundView Technology Group, Inc. initially as the Corporate Controller and subsequently as the Chief Financial Officer, where she was responsible for all financial, operational and administrative functions of the firm. Jen started her career in the financial markets group at Arthur Andersen.
